TFX definition

TFX or contain any trademarks, trade names, service marks or corporate or business names, derived from or including the words “Teleflex” or “TFX” (in logotype design or any other style or design) in whole or in part; provided, however, that, to the extent any Specified Supplies include the words “Teleflex”, “TFX” or contain any such trademarks, trade names, service marks or corporate or business names, Buyer may, for a period of ninety (90) days after the Closing Date, use such Specified Supplies after first crossing out or marking over such word or trademark, trade name, service m▇▇▇ or corporate or business name and otherwise clearly indicating on such Specified Supplies that the Business is no longer affiliated with Seller. Buyer shall not reorder, produce or reproduce any Specified Supplies that include the words “Teleflex”, “TFX” or contain any such trademarks, trade names, service marks or corporate or business names.
