Tariff period means the period for which tariff is to be determined by the Commission on the basis of norms specified under these Regulations;
Payoff Period For the first Distribution Date, the period from the Cut-Off Date through November 14, 2005, inclusive; and for any Distribution Date thereafter, the period from the 15th day of the Prior Period through the 14th day of the month of such Distribution Date, inclusive.
Shelf Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b).
Sell-Off Period has the meaning set forth in Section 13.5.
Lock-up Period means the period commencing on the date of the final prospectus relating to the Company’s IPO, and ending on the date specified by the Company and the managing underwriter(s). Such period shall not exceed one hundred eighty (180) days, or such other period as may be requested by the Company or an underwriter to accommodate regulatory restrictions on (i) the publication or other distribution of research reports, and (ii) analyst recommendations and opinions.
