Tier subcontractor/supplier will pay a one-time Textura fee at time of contract acceptance in Textura.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Contractor shall have right, at its sole discretion, to require Subcontractor to have its lower tier subcontractors and suppliers, submit invoices and lien waivers through Textura and receive payments directly from Contractor through ACH disbursements.

Any payments by Textura shall be payable promptly to Aon upon Aon’s request.
