Text Links means the graphical artwork or text that includes tracking code IDs are made available by us, that you may use to connect players to our Services from your website (or other electronic method) or using other marketing materials.

Text Links means the graphical artwork or text, which include AgentID, that are made available by the Company in Members Area and that the Affiliate may use to connect Clients to the Company’s Services from the Affiliate’s website or other electronic method.

Examples of Text Links in a sentence

  • Any material used by an Affiliate in order to promote any activity related to the Company/ its contractors or the Site(s), including Banners, Text Links and any other promotional material that an Affiliate subsequently uses or develops to refer or hyperlink Traders from the Affiliate's website to the Site(s).

  • Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Affiliate will immediately cease use of, and remove from Affiliate's website, all Promoted Marks, Banners and Text Links to the Site(s).

  • Any material provided by IG (unless otherwise agreed between the parties) and used by a Marketing Partner in order to promote any activity related to the IG Group or the Site(s), including Banners and Text Links and any other promotional material that a Marketing Partner subsequently uses or develops to refer or hyperlink Introduced Clients from the Marketing Partner’s website to the Site(s).

  • The Marketing Partner shall pay IG US$100 for each day such IG Group Marks, Banners and Text Links is not removed from Marketing Partner’s website by the Marketing Partner.

  • Immediately following the termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Affiliate must remove all of the Operator’s Banners and Text Links from its site, as well as any other Marks, names, symbols, logos, designs or any other material, graphics and content owned, developed, licensed or created by the Operator and/or provided to the Affiliate by the Operator in connection with this Agreement.

  • They will not modify or alter the code for Widgets, Banner Ads, or Text Links, or otherwise modify any other Marketing Materials without INFINOX’s prior written consent.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no marketing other than Approved Marketing shall be permissible and Banners and Text Links used by the Affiliate pursuant to this Agreement shall direct traffic only to the Operator’s Sites.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we provide no warranty and make no representations that our Website, Banners and Text Links or Tracking URLs are accessible or free of errors, viruses or security threats.

  • You will not modify or alter the code for Widgets, Banner Ads, or Text Links, or otherwise modify any other Marketing Materials without our prior written consent.

  • After the Administrative Agent’s resignation hereunder, the provisions of this Article X and Section 11.03 shall continue in effect for the benefit of such retiring Administrative Agent, its sub-agents and their respective Affiliates in respect of any actions taken or omitted to be taken by any of them while it was acting as Administrative Agent.
