Examples of TexCal Energy in a sentence
The TexCal Acquisition Documents listed on Schedule 6.29 constitute all of the material agreements, instruments and undertakings with TexCal Energy or its Affiliates to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is bound or by which such Person or any of its property or assets is bound or affected relating to the TexCal Acquisition (other than agreements, instruments or undertakings of TexCal and its Subsidiaries existing prior to the completion of the TexCal Acquisition).
Each party shall deliver to the other party a certificate signed by its Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer, or in the case of the Company, the Chief Financial Officer of TexCal Energy (GP) LLC, which certificate shall provide evidence reasonably substantiating the return or destruction of the Confidential Information as required under this Section 8.3.
