• TETHERED ESCORT: If a Vessel requests a Tethered Escort, or one is required, the applicable Rate shall be $2,706.00 per hour, per Tug for the time Tug Services are provided, including zone running time, calculated from the time the Tug leaves the Tug Station until the Tug returns to the Tug Station.
