Testing Parameters definition

Testing Parameters means parameters for the completion of performance tests by AES with respect to the Test Project and the Initial Full-Scale Project attached as Exhibit B hereto.

  • Following delivery of each of the Test Project and the Initial Full-Scale Project, AES shall have up to [**] to conduct testing of the respective systems (the "Testing Period"), using the Testing Parameters.

  • If Parent and the Company or the Former Stockholders Committee, as the case may be, are unable to agree on the Testing Parameters by January 15, 2004, then the Disinterested Physicians shall select, by majority vote, on or before March 1, 2004, between each item of the Testing Parameters proposed by Parent and each item of the Testing Parameters proposed by the Company or the Former Stockholders Committee, as the case may be.

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • Operating parameter value means a minimum or maximum value established for a control device or process parameter that, if achieved by itself or in combination with one (1) or more other operating parameter values, determines that an owner or operator has complied with an applicable emission limit.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.
