Testing Lab definition

Testing Lab means an independent testing lab accredited within a Member State of the European Union or a Member State of the European Economic Area or any other jurisdiction or territory approved by the Authority or recognised by the Authority as having the required accreditation to issue a certificate, certifying compliance of the applicable games with any regulatory instrument which may be adopted by the Authority from time to time; and
Testing Lab means any Testing Lab, including the “[***] Lab”, as such terms are defined in clause 5.1, to be appointed by the Parties in the Territory, pursuant to a specific agreement for the operation of the Test.
Testing Lab means any business that conducts testing of marijuana products for quality control, potency, and safety compliance for medical and other uses.

More Definitions of Testing Lab

Testing Lab means any business that conducts testing of marijuana products for quality control, potency, and/or safety compliance for medical and other uses in a manner consistent with this Title.
Testing Lab means the cannabis testing laboratory to developed by the Company and initially located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000. In the event the Company develops or operates more than one such testing laboratory, “Testing Lab” shall refer to each such testing laboratory, as the context requires.

Related to Testing Lab

  • Testing laboratory means a laboratory, facility, or entity in the state that offers or performs tests of cannabis or cannabis products and that is both of the following:

  • Independent testing laboratory means an independent organization, accepted by the Contracting Officer, engaged to perform specific inspections or tests of the work, either at the site or elsewhere, and report the results of these inspections or tests.

  • Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.

  • Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.

  • Covenant Testing Period means a period (a) commencing on the last day of the fiscal quarter of Borrower most recently ended prior to a Covenant Trigger Event for which Borrower is required to deliver to Administrative Agent quarterly or annual financial statements pursuant to Section 5.2 of this Agreement, and (b) continuing through and including the first day after such Covenant Trigger Event that Availability has equaled or exceeded the greater of (i) 10% of the Borrowing Limit, and (ii) $15,000,000 for 60 consecutive calendar days.

  • Non-Participating Clinical Laboratory means a Clinical Laboratory which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
