Testing Fees definition

Testing Fees means those fees payable by the Buyer described in the Collection, Testing and Delivery Policy but for clarity are: (i) the courier fees incurred in transporting a sample to the laboratory; and (ii) the laboratory fees incurred in undertaking the tests described in the Quality Standards and Quality Requirements.

Examples of Testing Fees in a sentence

  • Upon a showing to AFSL's General Counsel that Participating Shipper in good faith attempted to collect the Quality Testing Fee (s), AFSL will refund the amount of the Quality Testing Fee(s), with interest at the then prevailing prime rate plus 2%.

  • AFSL will not consider a refund for a Quality Testing Fee if the Participating Importer, or any related company, had previously refused to pay Quality Testing Fees to Participating Shipper, or Participating Shipper knew, or had reason to know, that the Participating Importer or any related company had previously refused to pay Quality Testing Fees to any other agent.

  • Participating Shipper shall, by the twentieth (20th) day of the month following receipt of the Quality Testing Fees or by the twentieth (20th) day of the month following receipt of payment for the shipment, whichever is sooner, pay the Quality Testing Fee amount, less the shipper's service fee of 10% of the collected amount, in U.S. dollars, to the escrow account administered by Tricor Secretaries Limited for the use by AFSL in administering the Fireworks Quality Improvement Program.

  • If Participating Shipper received payment for the shipment but fails to collect the Quality Testing Fee(s), Participating Shipper shall be required to pay the Quality Testing Fee (s) to the escrow account within ten (10) days of receipt of payment for the shipment.

  • Upon receipt of the Application Materials for an Applicant Product and the applicable Testing Fees, MPI will test that product to determine if it meets the applicable MPI Standard.

  • However, Applicants will be allowed to submit two (2) sets of test results to The Sequoia Project for evaluation as evidence of compliance for the Final Testing Report as a covered by the Standard Testing Fees.

  • Applicant is not entitled to a refund of any Testing Fees except Applicant shall receive a refund of 85% of the Testing Fee where (i) the Applicant’s application is incomplete and the Applicant is unable to resolve all deficiencies in the application to The Sequoia Project’s satisfaction; or (ii) the eHealth Exchange Coordinating Committee fails to accept the Applicant’s application for any reason.

  • Applicant is not entitled to a refund of any Testing Fees except Applicant shall receive a refund of 85% of the Testing Fee paid by the Applicant where (i) the Applicant’s application is incomplete and the Applicant is unable to resolve all deficiencies in the application to The Sequoia Project’s satisfaction; or (ii) The Sequoia Project fails to accept the Applicant’s application for Testing for any reason.

  • Applicant will not be entitled to a refund of any Testing Fees paid prior to termination except as set forth in Section 5(c).
