Testamentary guardian or conservator means an individual, agency, or corporation
Testamentary guardian or conservator means an individual, agency, or corporation nominated in the will of a limited guardian, guardian, limited conservator, or conservator to succeed the testator in that capacity upon his death.
Testamentary just means that it is created on after you pass away (and therefore the assets of this trust are assets that form part of your Will)

  • Guardian in respect of a Minor shall mean the person(s) appointed as the guardian(s) under or acting by virtue of the Guardianship of Minors Ordinance (Cap 13. of the Laws of Hong Kong).

  • Contestant means an individual who competes in an unarmed combat contest or event.
