Test Taker(s) definition

Test Taker(s) means the individual(s) sitting for a HiSET test at the Test Center. Other titles for the Test Taker may be examinee or candidate.
Test Taker(s) means any User invited by Customer to submit answers to assessments through the Application;
Test Taker(s) means those graduates who take the NCLEX

  • The Test Center agrees that, throughout the Term of this Agreement, it will abide by all applicable district, local, state, Federal, and/or community laws, including without limitation laws applicable to Test Takers with disabilities, and will obtain and maintain in effect any and all necessary authorizations, licenses, and permits for the provision of services hereunder.

  • This license shall be limited (i) as specified in any Order, including without limitation with respect to the number or type of Tests, Test Takers or hires, as applicable, and (ii) to the use of the Service for the purpose of assisting Client with assessing a Test Taker’s aptitude or suitability for employment or employment-related training, positions or responsibilities in the cyber field.

  • ETS hereby grants to Test Center a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right to use the Test Materials made available to it by ETS in PBT and/or CBT formats, solely for the administration and delivery of the Test to Test Takers in the state.

  • Test Takers must be, at the time of taking the Test, either (a) personnel within Client’s organization or (b) candidates for hiring by Client.

  • Customer, at its expense, shall be responsible for obtaining internet access and/or telecommunications services, or upgrading Customer’s existing internet access, applications or telecommunications services, so as to allow access to the Product by Customer and Test Takers.

  • The ImPACT Applications system will aggregate and generate data relating to Test Takers that will relate to medical information such as age, height, weight, prior injuries, and test results from using the Product and such other information as ImPACT Applications may determine from time-to-time would be useful in improving the performance of the Product (the “Customer Data”).

  • Upon request of any such successor Trustee, the Company shall execute any and all instruments for more fully and certainly vesting in and confirming to such successor Trustee all such rights, powers and trusts referred to in this Section 6.9, as the case may be.

  • Client is responsible for all acts or omissions occurring under its account, including without limitation acts or omissions attributable to Test Takers.

  • These fees are not payable to or by ETS, and shall be incurred by the Test Center or the individual Test Takers.

  • HSI may require Test Takers or other end users of the Service to accept HSI’s end user privacy policy or terms of use (collectively, the “End User Terms”) as a condition to use.

Related to Test Taker(s)

  • Aerosol cooking spray means any aerosol product designed either to reduce sticking on cooking and baking surfaces or to be applied on food, or both.

  • 2 Wire Analog Voice Grade Loop or “Analog 2W” provides an effective 2-wire channel with 2-wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of analog Voice Grade (nominal 300 to 3000 Hz) signals and loop-start signaling. This Loop type is more fully described in Verizon Technical Reference (TR)-72565, as revised from time-to-time. If “Customer-Specified Signaling” is requested, the Loop will operate with one of the following signaling types that may be specified when the Loop is ordered: loop-start, ground-start, loop- reverse-battery, and no signaling. Customer specified signaling is more fully described in Verizon TR-72570, as revised from time-to- time. Verizon will not build new facilities.

  • Tool means the tool developed in accordance with Section 35A-15-303.

  • Critical Test Concentration or "(CTC)" means the specified effluent dilution at which the Permittee is to conduct a single-concentration Aquatic Toxicity Test.

  • Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.
