Test Success definition

Test Success in relation to a Test, the test success criteria for that "Test Criteria" as referred to in Paragraph 5;

Examples of Test Success in a sentence

  • The Purchaser will issue a Test Certificate when a Deliverable satisfies the Test Success Criteria for the Tests related to that Deliverable.

  • The Service Provider shall not submit any Deliverable for Testing: unless the Service Provider is confident that it will satisfy the relevant Test Success Criteria; until the Purchaser has issued a Test Certificate in respect of any prior, dependant Deliverable(s); and until the Parties have agreed the Test Plan and the Test Specification relating to the relevant Deliverable(s).

  • For each phase of the Implementation Period, the Test Success Criteria for: each Test that the Service Provider must Achieve for the ATP Milestone or a Contract Performance Point (“CPP”) Milestone, are set out in Annex 4; and all other Tests shall be agreed between the Parties as part of the relevant Test Plan pursuant to paragraph 5.

  • This Schedule sets out the approach to Testing and the different Testing activities to be undertaken, including the preparation and agreement of the Test Success Criteria, Test Strategy, Test Plans and Test Specifications.

  • The Test Success Criteria for all Tests shall be agreed between the Parties as part of the relevant Testing Strategy Plan pursuant to paragraph 80 of this Call Off Schedule.

  • The Supplier shall not submit any Deliverable for Testing: unless the Supplier is reasonably confident that it will satisfy the relevant Test Success Criteria; until the Customer has issued a Test Certificate in respect of any prior, dependant Deliverable(s); and until the Parties have agreed the Test Plan and the Test Specification relating to the relevant Deliverable(s).

Related to Test Success

  • Term SOFR Successor Rate has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(b).

  • Pre-Adjustment Successor Rate has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(c).

  • Permitted Successor is defined in Section 5.02 of the Sale Agreement.

  • Stormwater management measure means any practice, technology, process, program, or other method intended to control or reduce stormwater runoff and associated pollutants, or to induce or control the infiltration or groundwater recharge of stormwater or to eliminate illicit or illegal non-stormwater discharges into stormwater conveyances.

  • Business Successor means (i) any former Subsidiary of the Company and (ii) any Person that, after the Issue Date, has acquired, merged or consolidated with a Subsidiary of the Company (that results in such Subsidiary ceasing to be a Subsidiary of the Company), or acquired (in one transaction or a series of transactions) all or substantially all of the property and assets or business of a Subsidiary or assets constituting a business unit, line of business or division of a Subsidiary of the Company.
