Test Stores definition

Test Stores means the small-format retail stores operated from time to time by Shenzhen Youbole Trading Co., Ltd. (深圳市優博樂商貿有限公司) and/or the relevant affiliates of SMS Marketing at such addresses as First Honest may notify to RSH from time to time (as at the date of this agreement, such retail stores are located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Road, Shanghai, PRC 201103, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and ▇▇▇-▇ ▇▇▇-▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, respectively).
Test Stores means a group of up to ten Retail Stores containing a mix of Inventory that the Borrower intends to use for the Retail Stores remaining after the closing of the Projected GOB Sale Stores.

  • Grocery store means any retail establishment, the business of which consists of the sale of food, food products, or beverages for consumption off the premises.
