Test Server definition

Test Server means You can test early releases (relating to Service upgrades) and integration You may have developed using Our API.
Test Server has the meaning afforded to it in Section 3.5 of the Agreement.
Test Server means a server owned or leased by Customer that is not used as a Production Server and which is used to test the operation of the Software.

Examples of Test Server in a sentence

  • You shall have access to the Test Server but such Test Server may be updated by Us at any time.

  • No service level guarantees are provided by Us to You in relation to your use of the Test Server and therefore no uptime guarantee is given.

  • EEWDisplay is for demonstration only and should not be used for life-safety applications; Credentials to access ShakeAlert Message (Alert) Servers and ShakeAlert Message (Test) Server (aka “Scenario Server”) that provide data connections and development tools; and ShakeAlert education and training materials, including, but not limited to USGS approved messaging and other resources including fact sheets, graphics, animations, and talking points.

  • The USGS must provide Licensee access to ShakeAlert API and data format documentation and examples, password protected access to a ShakeAlert Message (Test) Server (aka “Scenario Server”), and live streams from ShakeAlert Message (Alert) Servers.

  • In addition, upon the request of the site, ▇▇▇▇▇ will sync the Test Server to the Production server when new releases are installed.

  • During the process of developing any Candidate Application, IXI or its Third Party Developer may remotely access the Test Server, solely according to the protocols ICQ may specify from time-to-time, and solely for purposes of testing the Candidate Application(s) under development using the ICQ number, password, and/or other authentication credentials issued by ICQ for such purpose (the “Test Authentication Key”).

  • You may not redistribute the Test Server Components without the express written consent of Licensor which will be granted through an OEM Agreement.

  • ICQ may provide technical support with respect to the Test Server solely as it determines in its discretion.

Related to Test Server

  • Test Strategy means a strategy for the conduct of Testing as described further in paragraph 3 of Call Off Schedule 5 (Testing);

  • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.

  • Server means a single physical computer or devices on a network that manages or provides network resources for multiple users.

  • FTP means the standardized file transfer protocol for data exchange.

  • Servers means the servers established, installed and operated by Licensee within the Territory only for the service of Game to End Users in the Territory.
