test purposes means testing of the Software or any components, modules, upgrades or modifications thereto. Licensee may not use the training/test use enabling key provided by TIP to create or access any database not authorized herein, or to divide the number of allowable concurrent users without TIP’s prior express written consent and obtaining from TIP a new training/test enabling key authorizing the creation and use of additional Training and Test Databases.
