Test Program definition

Test Program means a software program provided by Infineon to test the Wafers.
Test Program means all of the administrations of a test of the same name during a testing year.
Test Program means the test program described in the Company's application, this Certificate and in the supporting documentation submitted with the application, to the extent approved by this Certificate.

Related to Test Program
