Test Package definition

Test Package means a set of Laboratory tests offered and performed by the Provider, in a healthcare field, which the Customer can order. Their list and a more detailed specification is published on the Provider’s website.
Test Package means the whole set of information, machine readable information, physical hardware required to perform the testing, in the manufacturing environment, of EARLY PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION, and PROTOTYPE WAFERS in manufacturing conditions.
Test Package is defined in Section 1.1.13 of Exhibit B.

  • Conexant will obtain from Intellon the Parent IC Test Package and a license to use it to test the Parent IC wafers.

Related to Test Package

  • Test Pass has the meaning stated in Section 3.4(a).

  • Test Plan means a plan: for the Testing of the Deliverables; and setting out other agreed criteria related to the achievement of Milestones, as described further in paragraph 4 of Call of Schedule 5 (Testing);

  • Test Report means a written report issued by The Sequoia Project that documents the outcomes of the Testing Process; that is, the Applicant’s compliance with the Specifications and Test Materials.
