Test Operation definition

Test Operation means a period of at least thirty (30) Business Days after the completion of the Ordered Performance, during which (i) a check of the properties of the System in line with the Documentation provided, and (ii) a test of the functionality of the System, shall be carried out in the Client’s environment and subject to his technical conditions and with actual data.
