Test Launch Date definition
Test Launch Date means the date of the official product launch by Parent or its affiliates (including, without limitation, the Surviving Corporation) after the Closing Date of the first diagnostic test product that contains a novel biomarker derived from the Company’s proprietary technologies described in Section 1.12(m)(i)(A).
Test Launch Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.12(m)(viii).
