Test Incomplete definition

Test Incomplete has the meaning stated in Section 3.4(a).

Examples of Test Incomplete in a sentence

  • Within 10 calendar days after the end of the applicable Asset Review period under Section 3.03(b), the Asset Representations Reviewer will deliver to the Issuer, the Servicer, and the Indenture Trustee a Review Report indicating for each Subject Lease whether there was a Test Pass, Test Incomplete, Test Fail or Test Complete for each related Test.

  • If the missing Review Materials or other documents have not been provided by the Servicer within 60 calendar days, the related Review Report will report a Test Incomplete for each Test that requires use of the missing or insufficient Review Materials.

  • Test Fail has the meaning stated in Section 3.4(a).

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • De-Identified Data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.
