Test Commencement Date means the date stated in the Work Order when ATC commences ATC Testing for A-DUT pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Test Commencement Date in a sentence

  • In accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including Section 4.1(i) above, commencing on the Test Commencement Date and continuing through the end of the Term, Seller shall sell to TVA, and TVA shall purchase from Seller, any and all right, title, and interest in and to the Energy Output generated from the Project and delivered to the Delivery Point.

  • The Owner shall notify the Design-Builder of its election pursuant to this Section not later than 15 days of receipt of the Design-Builder Acceptance Test Commencement Date Notice.

Related to Test Commencement Date

  • Interest Commencement Date means the Issue Date or such other date as may be specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • Accumulation Commencement Date means January 1, 2021, or such later date as the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer determines in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.
