Test Commencement Date definition

Test Commencement Date means the date stated in the Work Order when ATC commences ATC Testing for A-DUT pursuant to this Agreement.

Test Commencement Date means the date prior to the Expected Initial Delivery Date upon which the Project has been interconnected to TVA’s or the Distributor’s electric system and is permitted to test the Project.

Examples of Test Commencement Date in a sentence

• In accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including Section 4.1(i) above, commencing on the Test Commencement Date and continuing through the end of the Term, Seller shall sell to TVA, and TVA shall purchase from Seller, any and all right, title, and interest in and to the Energy Output generated from the Project and delivered to the Delivery Point.

• The drain cock shall be located at the lowest point of the aluminum cooling system to maximize draining of the system.

• ECL is the weighted-average of difference between all contractual cash flows that are due to the Group in accordance with the contract and all the cash flows that the Group expects to receive, discounted at the original effective interest rate, with the respective risks of default occurring as the weights.

• The Design-Builder shall commence the Acceptance Test on the Specified Acceptance Test Commencement Date in accordance with the specific requirements set forth in Section 4.3 (Acceptance Testing) and Appendix 7 (Acceptance Test Requirements and Procedures).

• The Design-Builder shall provide the Owner with at least 30 days’ prior written notice of the expected initiation of the Acceptance Tests in accordance with the requirements of Appendix 7 (Acceptance Test Requirements and Procedures) (the “Design-Builder Acceptance Test Commencement Date Notice”).

• If the Customer fails to complete Acceptance Testing or deliver a notice rejecting the Acceptance Tests within 5 Business Days after the Acceptance Test Commencement Date, then Acceptance Testing will be deemed completed by the Customer.

• In accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, commencing on the Test Commencement Date and continuing through the end of the Term, Seller shall transfer to TVA, and TVA shall receive from Seller, any and all right, title, and interest in and to Environmental Attributes and associated RECs, as applicable, equal to the amount of Energy Output that is generated by the Project and delivered to the Delivery Point.

• If the Owner elects under this subsection to exercise its right to direct the timing of the commencement of the Acceptance Test, the Design-Builder shall commence the Acceptance Test on the Specified Acceptance Test Commencement Date in accordance with subsection 4.6(B) (Owner Notice of Acceptance Test Commencement) and the provisions of this Section shall apply.

• The Owner shall notify the Design-Builder of its election pursuant to this Section not later than 15 days of receipt of the Design-Builder Acceptance Test Commencement Date Notice.

• In accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, commencing on the Test Commencement Date and continuing through the end of the Term, Seller shall sell and deliver to LUB, and LUB shall purchase and receive from Seller, any and all right, title, and interest in and to the Energy Output at the Delivery Point.
