Test center definition

Test center means any inspection station operated by a contractor where emission inspections and reinspections are performed.
Test center means a place, so designated by the University for conduct of the examinations.
Test center or Testing Facility means a facility provided by Operator that is convenient for access by Candidates (including those who are disabled) and suitable for secure testing purposes, as specified by Prometric in the Manual and approved by Prometric. The Operator and Testing Facility shall conform, at a minimum, to the standards set forth in the "Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991", where applicable.
