Tertiary Heating System definition

Tertiary Heating System means the network of internal pipes and other ancillary equipment located within each Residential Unit that transfers Heat around the Residential Unit from a Residential HIU and its isolation valves, to be designed and installed by the Developer, in compliance with the Tertiary Heating Systems Technical Specification and subject to acceptance by ESCo of the design in accordance with Paragraph [ ] of Schedule 5 (Design and Delivery Process).

Examples of Tertiary Heating System in a sentence

  • Where the Customer does not agree that the fault is located within the Tertiary Heating System, the Contractor shall respond to the fault in accordance with the Service Levels to verify its location.

  • Where the fault relates to Tertiary Heating System within a Residential Customer Unit or an action of a Residential Customer or Landlord, the Contractor shall use all reasonable endeavours to ascertain whether responsibility for the fault lies with a Residential Customer or a Landlord of a Residential Customer pursuant to a Residential Customer's lease or a Framework Heat Supply Agreement (as relevant).
