Territory - The definition

Territory - The term "Territory" shall mean only the United States, its territories, all U.S. military bases. The parties agree that additional countries, or portions thereof, may be added to the definition of Territory upon the mutual agreement of the parties. The parties acknowledge that mutually agreed upon minimum volumes must be reached prior to the inclusion of additional countries to the definition of Territory.
