Territory Representative definition

Territory Representative means an employee of Innovex: (i) who is responsible for meeting with customers and others who can buy (or influence the buying process and decision regarding) the Product; and (ii) whose success at such activities is a significant factor in the ongoing employment and compensation of the individual representative.
