One of the most common findings is that conflicts with high costs, usually measured in terms of lives lost per conflict year, are more likely to receive mediation (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (2010); Bercovitch and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (2001); ▇▇▇▇▇ (2005); Terris and Maoz (2005)).
seaman ’ means an individual (except scientific personnel, a sailing school instruc- tor, or a sailing school student) engaged or employed in any capacity on board a vessel.

Warden s court” means the warden’s court constituted under this Act or deemed so to be for the mineral field or district thereof in which the subject matter in relation to which the term is used arose or is.
