TERO fee definition

TERO fee means a fee collected by the Tribe from employers engaged in work in and collected under a cooperative agreement. The fee shall be used by the Tribe for employment services such as recruiting, screening, referral, training, compliance, and counseling or for other public services if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Tribe.
