Option to Extend: One (1) option to extend the term for six (6) months provided that Metrolinx is not in default of its obligations under the licence and has provided at least ten (10) business days’ written notice to the City prior to the expiry of the current term. Early Termination: The notice period to exercise early termination right shall be amended from thirty (30) days to ten (10) business days. All other terms and conditions of the Licence Extension Agreement will remain the same during the extended term.
