Termination Start Date definition
Termination Start Date means (i) with respect to KO as the Terminating Party (as defined below), KO’s receipt of a Change of Control Notice (or the Effective Date with respect to any Pre-Closing MEC Change of Control), or (ii) with respect to MEC as the Terminating Party (as defined below), the occurrence of such Change of Control.
