Termination Points definition

Termination Points means those points to be incurred by the Seller in terms of clause 13.2 (Termination Points) triggered by a failure on the part of the Seller to meet its Economic Development Obligations as contained in Schedule 2 (Economic Development Obligations);
Termination Points means the points for physical or logical connections of equipment or systems to the telecommunications network, or the points of interconnection among different telecommunications networks;
Termination Points means the termination points identified in Schedule 9 (Termination Points) where the System and the Secondary Distribution System meet and “Termination Point” shall be construed accordingly;

Related to Termination Points

  • Network Termination Point means the physical point at which a Subscriber is provided with access to a Public Electronic Communications Network and, where it concerns Electronic Communications Networks involving switching or routing, that physical point is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to the Telephone Number or name of a Subscriber. A Network Termination Point provided at a fixed position on Served Premises shall be within an item of Network Termination and Testing Apparatus;

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • Demarcation Point The Demarcation Point shall have the meaning set forth in 47 Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM): Equipment that links End User xDSL connections to a single packet switch, typically ATM or IP. Direct Trunked Transport (DTT): A DS1 or DS3 interoffice facility that connects the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center of the CLEC’s Local Interconnection Entrance Facility or Collocation to the terminating CenturyLink Tandem or End Office used exclusively for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access.

  • Valuation Point means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the official close of trading on the Market on which the Securities constituting the Index are listed on each Dealing Day or if more than one, the official close of trading on the last relevant Market to close or such other time or times as determined by the Manager in consultation with the Trustee from time to time provided that there shall always be a Valuation Point on each Dealing Day other than where there is a suspension of the creation and redemption of Units.

  • Collection Point means the collection point for the Vehicle specified in the Confirmation and/or Rental Agreement;
