Termination Notification definition

Termination Notification means (1) written notification submitted to the Monitor by a Cardiologist Employee of that employee’s intention to terminate his or her Employee Agreement and intention to Participate in a Reno Cardiology Practice for a period of at least one year after such termination, or (2) independent determination by the Monitor that a Cardiologist Employee intends to Participate in a Reno Cardiology Practice for a least one year after such termination.
