Termination Notice Time definition

Termination Notice Time means: (i) with respect to a direction by Client to UBS to terminate a Loan of Foreign or Government Securities, 9:45 a.m., Eastern time, on a Business Day; and (ii) with respect to a direction by Client to UBS to terminate any other Loan, 10:00 a.m., Eastern time, on a Business Day.
