Terminated Service definition

Terminated Service has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(g).

Terminated Service means that a Participant has, except as a result of death or disability, ceased to be a director, officer, employee or Consultant of the Corporation, as the case may be;

Terminated Service means the service is no longer live on the network.

Examples of Terminated Service in a sentence

• For the purposes of this subsection, the Filing Date shall be the date that such Participant Terminated Service.

• In no event will the issuance be made later than December 31 of the first calendar year commencing after the Eligible Person has Terminated Service.

• In the event of death of such a Participant during the 6 month period following the date the Participant Terminated Service, the rules under Section 11.5(b)(ii) shall then apply.

• The crediting of an earnings factor shall occur so long as there is a balance in the Participant’s Deferred Cash Account, regardless of whether the Participant has Terminated Service.

• For the purposes of this subsection, the Filing Date shall be the date which is 6 months after the date that such Participant Terminated Service.

More Definitions of Terminated Service

Terminated Service means that the Participant has retired, resigned or has been terminated without cause from all positions with the Corporation and any Subsidiary of the Corporation as an officer, executive, employee and director, or has, as a result of disability, otherwise ceased to hold any and all positions with the Corporation and any Subsidiaries. For greater certainty, the death of a Participant or termination with cause from any position with the Corporation and any Subsidiary of the Corporation does not constitute Terminated Service;

Terminated Service means, with respect to an DSU Participant, that the DSU Participant has ceased to be an Eligible Person, other than as a result of death;

Terminated Service has the meaning set forth in Section 8(a).

Terminated Service is defined in Section 6.2.

Terminated Service has the meaning given such term in Section 3.2.

Terminated Service means:in respect of an Eligible Executive, that that Eligible Executive has, except as a result of death, ceased to be an employee of the Corporation on the Termination Date; andin respect of an Eligible Director, that that Eligible Director has, except as a result of death, ceased to be a director of the Corporation,provided that for U.S. Executives and U.S. Directors it means that theU.S. Executive or U.S. Director has, except as a result of death, experienced a Separation from Service with the Corporation;the “last day on which the individual works for the Corporation or a Subsidiary” means:with respect to a PSU Participant whose employment is voluntarily terminated by such individual, the last day on which the individual reported for work to the Corporation or a Subsidiary; andwith respect to a PSU Participant whose employment has been terminated by the Corporation or a Subsidiary:

Terminated Service means that an Eligible Participant has, except as a result of death or disability, ceased to be a Director or employee of the Corporation, as the case may be; and
