TERMINAL CHANGE definition

TERMINAL CHANGE means a change in conditions which causes or is projected to cause Koch ▇▇ incur extraordinary costs at the Terminal. Such causes shall include, but are not limited to:
TERMINAL CHANGE shall not include costs which exceed costs necessary to (a) repair damage to the Terminal, or (b) keep the Terminal in compliance with law or industry practices.
TERMINAL CHANGE has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.6(f).
