Term Value definition

Term Value means the portion of the Acquisition Value applicable to the current term of a Contract, being either an initial term or an optional renewal term.

Examples of Term Value in a sentence

  • If a Guaranteed Term of the same duration is unavailable, each Matured Term Value will automatically be reinvested in the current Deposit Period for the next shortest Guaranteed Term available.

  • If no specific direction is given by the Certificate Holder prior to the Maturity Date, each Matured Term Value will be reinvested in the current Deposit Period for a Guaranteed Term of the same duration.

  • This notice will state the Guaranteed Term and Guaranteed Rate(s) which will apply to the reinvested Matured Term Value.

  • This notice will contain the Terms available during current Deposit Periods with their Guaranteed Rate(s), and projected Matured Term Value.

  • The Matured Term Value may be surrendered or transferred on the Term's Maturity Date without an MVA.

  • In the event that a Term of the same duration is unavailable, each Matured Term Value will automatically be reinvested in the next shortest Term available in the same Classification during the then current Deposit Period.

  • This exception is applicable to each Matured Term Value plus any interest accrued thereon, provided no part of the Matured Term Value was transferred on the Maturity Date.

  • This provision only applies to the first such written request received from the Certificate Holder during this period for any Matured Term Value.

  • This notice will contain the current Deposit Period's Guaranteed Rate(s), Term(s) and a projected Matured Term Value.

  • This notice will contain the Terms available during the current Deposit Periods with their Guaranteed Rate(s) and projected Matured Term Value.

Related to Term Value

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).

  • Reference Value means the last reported sales price of the Ordinary Shares for any twenty (20) trading days within the thirty (30) trading-day period ending on the third trading day prior to the date on which notice of the redemption is given.

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.

  • FR Value means, in respect of a ST FR Valuation Date, Worst Value.

  • New value means (i) money, (ii) money's worth in property, services, or new credit, or (iii) release by a transferee of an interest in property previously transferred to the transferee. The term does not include an obligation substituted for another obligation.
