Term SONIA definition
Term SONIA means, in respect of an interest period, the term SONIA reference rate administered by Refinitiv Benchmark Services (UK) Limited (or any other person which takes over the publication of that rate), for the relevant interest period on the day that is one RFR Banking Days before the first day of that period (or such other day as we may determine). If Term SONIA is replaced or is not available, we may specify a replacement rate;
Term SONIA means the 3 month term SONIA reference rate administered by Refinitiv Benchmark Services (UK) Limited (or any other person which takes over the administration of that rate) (before any correction, recalculation or republication by the administrator) published by Refinitiv Benchmark Services (UK) Limited (or any other person which takes over the publication of that rate) as of the applicable Calculation Date;
