Term of Validity definition
Term of Validity means the period of time specifying the duration of this Agreement from the time of its execution specified in par. 5.2 of this Agreement. 1.12. Territory means the territory within which the Contractor has gained the Rights to use the Content under this Agreement and which shall be specified in the Personal Account. 1.13. User means the physical person acquiring access to the Content at the Platform.
