Term Loan RSA definition
Term Loan RSA means the restructuring support agreement, dated as of October 20, 2017, to support the Restructuring with terms consistent with this Agreement and the Term Sheet executed by the Company and the Consenting Term Lenders satisfying the Requisite Term Lenders Threshold; provided that the Consenting Senior Noteholders shall not be deemed to be parties to, or third party beneficiaries, under, the Term Loan RSA for any purpose whatsoever.
