Term Loan Extension means any establishment of Extended Term Commitments and Extended Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.17 and the applicable Extension Amendment.

Term Loan Extension means any extension of the maturity date of the loans under the Term Loan Agreement for a period of two years or more (or any refinancing of such loans which has the effect of extending the maturity date thereof for such a period).
