Examples of Term Loan Extension in a sentence
The consent of the Administrative Agent shall be required to effectuate any Term Loan Extension, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
No consent of any Lender shall be required to effectuate any Term Loan Extension, other than the consent of each Lender agreeing to such Term Loan Extension with respect to one or more of its Term Loans (or a portion thereof), as applicable.
For the avoidance of doubt, no Term Lender shall be obligated to accept any Term Loan Extension Offer.
With respect to all Term Loan Extensions consummated by the Borrower pursuant to this Section 2.23, (i) such Term Loan Extensions shall not constitute voluntary or mandatory payments or prepayments for purposes of Section 2.10 and (ii) each Term Loan Extension Offer shall specify the minimum amount of Term Loans to be tendered, which shall be a minimum amount approved by the Administrative Agent (a “Minimum Extension Condition”).
