Term Hedging Agreement definition
Term Hedging Agreement means any “Secured Hedge Agreement” as defined in the Term Credit Agreement.
Term Hedging Agreement means any agreement entered into between a Term Credit Party and a Term Hedging Bank in connection with Secured Hedging Obligations under, and as defined in, the First Lien Term Credit Agreement.
Term Hedging Agreement means any “Hedging Contract” as defined in the Term Credit Agreement.
