Tennis Facility shall include all buildings and structures presently existing or to be constructed, comprising the clubhouse and tennis courts and any and all interior or exterior improvements to said buildings and structures or new buildings or structures constructed upon the Licensed Premises during the Original Interim Period and the Term.

  • Tenant shall be required on or before Possession Date to sublease or contract out the operation of the Fitness Center and Tennis Facility to a competent operator unless Tenant hires, by said date, staff that has substantial experience in the operation of such facilities.

  • Notwithstanding any provision herein to contrary, City and Desert Champions may mutually agree to sell the naming rights to the Tennis Facility, including the stadium.

  • Tenant shall have the care, custody and control of the Premises and shall, at its sole cost and expense, take all necessary measures to insure the safety and security of the Premises and all persons and property in, on, and about the Premises and provide all necessary security for the safe operation and maintenance of the Tennis Facility.
