Tenderer(bidder) definition
Tenderer(bidder) means the person/ the firm/co-operative or company whether incorporated or not who tenders/bids for the works/services with a view to execute the works/ Services on contract with the MMC and shall include their personal representatives, successors and permitted assignees.
