Tenderer means any persons, partnership firm or company submitting a sum or sums in the Bills of Quantities in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, Conditions of Contract Parts I and II, Specifications, Drawings and Bills of Quantities for the work contemplated, acting directly or through a legally appointed representative.
Tenderer/Bidder means the firm or Company (hereinafter called Tenderer/ Bidder) who duly submits the tender after accepting all the terms & conditions of the tender document.
Offer Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(e).
Tender means a written offer in the form determined by an organ of state in response to an invitation to provide goods or services through price quotations, competitive tendering process or any other method envisaged in legislation;
Tendered value means the value of the entire work as stipulated in the letter of award.
Change of Control Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(a).
Sell Offer means an offer to sell Capacity Resources in a Base Residual Auction, Incremental Auction, or Reliability Backstop Auction.
Offer to Purchase means a written offer (the “Offer”) sent by the Issuer by first class mail, postage prepaid, to each Holder at his address appearing on the Registrar’s books on the date of the Offer offering to purchase up to the principal amount of Notes specified in such Offer at the purchase price specified in such Offer (as determined pursuant to this Indenture). Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Offer shall specify an expiration date (the “Expiration Date”) of the Offer to Purchase which shall be, subject to any contrary requirements of applicable law, not less than 10 days or more than 60 days after the date of such Offer and a settlement date (the “Purchase Date”) for purchase of Notes within five Business Days after the Expiration Date. The Issuer shall notify the Trustee at least 15 Business Days (or such shorter period as is acceptable to the Trustee) prior to the mailing of the Offer of the Issuer’s obligation to make an Offer to Purchase, and the Offer shall be mailed by the Issuer or, at the Issuer’s request, by the Trustee in the name and at the expense of the Issuer. The Offer shall contain all instructions and materials necessary to enable such Holders to tender Notes pursuant to the Offer to Purchase. The Offer shall also state:
Final Offer means the offer on which a resource was dispatched by the Office of the Interconnection for a particular clock hour for the Operating Day. Final RTO Unforced Capacity Obligation:
The Tenderer means the individual or firm supplying the Goods under this Contract.
Bidder/Tenderer means the interested Firm/Company/Supplier/Distributors that may provide or provides the general order items etc. and related services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.
Net Proceeds Offer Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.
Tendering Party has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.A hereof.
Tender Notice means the Tender Notice set out in Part 1 of this TenderDocument;
Tender Offer means a takeover offer, tender offer, exchange offer, solicitation, proposal or other event by any entity or person that results in such entity or person purchasing, or otherwise obtaining or having the right to obtain, by conversion or other means, greater than 10 per cent. and less than 100 per cent. of the outstanding voting shares of the Share Company, as determined by the Determination Agent, based upon the making of filings with governmental or self-regulatory agencies or such other information as the Determination Agent deems relevant.
Asset Sale Offer Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.14.
Offer means “proposals” in negotiation.
Withdrawn has the correlative meaning.
Firm Offer means an offer which, when made, was capable of becoming legally binding upon acceptance.
Tendered Units has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.A hereof.
Tendering Partner shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6.A.
Bidder/Tenderer means the interested Firm/Company/Supplier/Distributors that may provide or provides the general order items etc. and related services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.
Purchase Offer has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(a).
Tendering Authority means The Member Secretary, AICTE, New Delhi.
Rejected in relation to a complaint means that a complaint has not been upheld and the insurer regards the complaint as finalised after advising the complainant that it does not intend to take any further action to resolve the complaint and includes complaints regarded by the insurer as unjustified or invalid, or where the complainant does not accept or respond to the insurer’s proposals to resolve the complaint;
Initial Offer means the initial offer of Sterling ‘Institutional’ Hedged Distribution Shares in the Fund which will commence at 9 a.m. (Irish time) on 20 April 2020 and will close on the Closing Date;
