Tender Total definition

Tender Total means the total of the Cost Centre Values as referred to in the Letter of Acceptance;
Tender Total means the total of the Pricing Schedules for which the Contractor has tendered and have been accepted at the date of the Contractor’s Tender for the Services.
Tender Total or ‘Total of Tender’ means the total of the priced Bills of Quantities and Schedule of Rates at the date of acceptance of the Contractor’s Tender for the Services.

Examples of Tender Total in a sentence

  • If, for any reason, the reserve has a value of less than the said 5 (five) percent at any time prior to the date of issue of the Substantial Completion Certificate for the Works or the Substantial Completion Certificate for the first Section to be completed (but not thereafter), further Retention Moneys up to 10 (ten) percent of the amounts due to the Contractor from time to time will be retained until the reserve is restored to 5 (five) percent of the Tender Total.

  • The consideration (excluding the Accrued Interest) payable by the Company for each $1,000 principal amount of Maximum Tender Offer Notes, validly tendered and accepted for purchase after the Early Tender Time, but at or prior to the Maximum Tender Expiration Time is referred to herein as the “Late Maximum Tender Offer Consideration.” The Late Maximum Tender Offer Consideration is equal to the Maximum Tender Total Consideration minus the Early Tender Premium.

  • The last time and date for Holders to tender the Maximum Tender Offer Notes to qualify for the payment of the Maximum Tender Total Consideration, which already includes the Early Tender Premium.

  • The Contractor shall ensure that the sum of the amounts of the four items shall not be less than 1% of the Work Value of the Tender (Total: Schedule A).

  • Unless otherwise expressly provided, all payments (including, without limitation, in respect of decisions of the Engineer pursuant to Clauses 56 and 57 or otherwise) shall be made either in Hong Kong Dollars or United States Dollars, as appropriate, depending in which of those currencies the Tender Total is denominated in the Pricing Document.

  • If and to the extent that any part of the Any and All Purchase Price Consideration, the Maximum Tender Total Consideration or the Late Maximum Tender Offer Consideration is treated as comprising interest (which may include payments constituting a premium on the Notes), it will be treated in the same way as the amounts paid in respect of the Accrued Interest described below.

  • Holders will not be eligible to receive the Maximum Tender Total Consideration unless they validly tender their Maximum Tender Offer Notes (and do not validly withdraw their Maximum Tender Offer Notes) pursuant to the Maximum Tender Offer at or prior to the Early Tender Time.

  • In tendering rates for these items the Contractor shall ensure that the sum of the amounts of the four items shall not be less than 1% of the Work Value of the Tender (Total: Schedule A).

  • Rates are supplied by the tenderer in response to the pricing document issued as part of the tender, the Notional Tender Total is calculated using those rates with pre-determined notional quantities for those rates in the pricing document.

  • Holders will not be eligible to receive the Maximum Tender Total Consideration unless they validly tender their Maximum Tender Offer Notes (and do not validly withdraw their Maximum Tender Offer Notes) pursuant to the Maximum Tender Offers at or prior to the Early Tender Time.

  • Purchase Price Date means the date the Purchase Price is delivered by Lender to Borrower.

  • Micro-purchase threshold means the dollar amount at or below which a district may purchase property or services using micro-pur- chase procedures. Generally, the micro-purchase threshold for pro- curement activities administered under federal awards is not to ex- ceed the amount set by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) at 48 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart 2.1 [see below], unless a higher threshold is requested by the district and approved by the cogni- zant agency for indirect costs.

  • Tender Closing Date means the date and time set out in column (C) of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Tender Notice;

  • Animal control officer means any person employed by a city, county, or city and county for the purpose of enforcing animal control laws or regulations.

  • Purchase at retail means a purchase by any person at a retail sale.
