Tender Requirements definition

Tender Requirements means the form and requirements of the tender documents to be sent to Tenderers as agreed or determined in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule Part 7 (New Project Pricing Report)
Tender Requirements means Schedule C – Tender Requirements.

Examples of Tender Requirements in a sentence

  • Tenders must be assessed for compliance with the Tender Requirements.

  • The Tender Requirements and form of contract set out in the Market Testing Proposal shall be used for the Market Testing.
