Tender Qualification definition
Tender Qualification means that as defined by Item 9.3 a) of these Instructions.
Examples of Tender Qualification in a sentence
Operator declared as such by reason of having proved that it complies with the technical Tender Qualification requirements, or who takes its place in accordance with the Contract.
It is the Operator that has been declared as such, on the grounds that it has proved that it complies with the technical requirements of the Tender Qualification or whoever happens to succeed it, according to the Agreement.
