Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) definition

Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) means a committee constituted by the department for evaluating technical & financial bid; shall decide the responsiveness of bidder (in case of technical bid); and shall decide the reasonableness of quoted rate & recommend the bid rank (in case of financial bid) to TAA.
Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) means the committee constituted by STC for the technical evaluation of the bids and opening of Price Bids of those bidders found technically qualified, thereafter .

  • Tender Evaluation Committee [TEC] duly appointed by UPLC shall evaluate the Technical Bids.
