Tender Dossier definition

Tender Dossier means the invitation and documents issued to the Tenderers in connection with the tendering.
Tender Dossier means tender documentation for the selection of the Contractor drawn up in accordance with the FIDIC Yellow Book. The expected composition and structure of the Tender Dossier is specified in Appendix 1 [Scope of Services].
Tender Dossier means all of the documents and materials submitted to the Ministry by any and all owners of the Project Developer in connection with this Project.

  • The successful companies shall provide full, prompt and accurate regional and domestic travel, accommodation, event arrangements as may be requested by RYCO as well as other associated services described in this Terms of Reference, part D of the Tender Dossier, following the principle of cost effectiveness.

  • The Tenderer shall promptly acknowledge receipt of each addendum to the Tender Dossier by written notice to the TC, and shall also enter its reference file number in the first sentence of the Letter of Tender.

  • A substantially responsive revised or final Tender is a Tender compliant with all the terms, conditions, and specifications of the Tender Dossier without material deviation or reservation.

  • A materiel deviation or reservation is one which affects in any substantial way the scope, quality, or performance of the Services, or which limits in any substantial way, inconsistent with the Tender Dossier, the Client's rights or the Tenderer's obligations under the Agreement, and the rectification of which deviation or reservation would affect unfairly the competitive position of other Tenderers presenting substantially responsive Tenders.
