Tender cost definition

Tender cost means the cost at which the work is awarded to the contractor for execution and includes all such works assigned by NABCONS.

Tender cost as used herein shall mean the offer submitted by the GC and accepted by Client. The expression “Tenderer” shall mean the one who has submitted its response and quotations to this Tender.
