Tender Completion Time definition

Tender Completion Time means the latest to occur of (x) the Acceptance Time, (y) the closing of the purchase of the Top-Up Shares or the failure by Sub to exercise the Top-Up Option during the exercise period provided in Section 1.10 and (z) if at least one subsequent offering period is commenced by Sub, the expiration of the last subsequent offering period related to the Offer.
Tender Completion Time is defined in Section 6.1(c) of the Agreement.

Related to Tender Completion Time

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by date specified in the acceptance of tender for handing over the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the contract.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
